    • 4-5 slices of ham, cut into fourths (I used thin sliced ham deli meat, but any ham or Canadian bacon works as well)
    • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced apples (about half an apple)
    • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
    • 2 tsp oregano
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil
